2) For the customer to qualify and claim the prize, she must:

3) Customer can get 1 carat diamond or a makeover from Azta Salon worth P1000
4) To claim the prize the winner must present the ff:
a) Proof of payment (includes special receipt from the
supermarket (Damaged, blurred, dilapidated proof of payment will not be
accepted)
b) Winning specially marked pack/box
c) One Valid ID such as SSS , Driver’s License, Credit Card from Philippines banks with photo
5) Prize will be awarded only after completion of validation process.

Transactions that are found fraudulent or are consequently
cancelled/void or did not comply with the terms and conditions above (no
